Finally a concrete sighting today of the five flatbeds based at Old Oak Common. At approx 14:30 08836 hauled out into the sunshine 061083, 061085 and the other three vehicles 994229, 994281, 994943, though these last three are not listed on this site (Ben?). All five very much in use and were piled high with all sorts of stuff that included power units and bogies. I pass this route almost daily and it is the first time i have seem them out in about five years! (The last time I saw them I was not aware of their IDs so could not post a confirmed sighting at the time).

They live deep inside Road 15 otherwise.

Happy hunting!

this is interesting. I always look over there when I pass in the vain hope they may be outside one day but never seen them yet. Suspect they got shunted back inside shortly after?

All visible again today at the wheel lathe shed. Only the three 994xxx wagons visible this morning but 061083 and 061085 shunted outside by this evening.

Suspect a bank holiday move whilst quiet but I will keep updated here.
