Does the bodyside branding read '14 x 15 x Barrier Vehicle? If so what does it mean.

It means it works with DMU classes that begin with 14x and 15x - i.e. the class 142 pacers and 150 sprinters etc.

Apparently now at Reid's yard in Longton (not Cockshute)
