I've found the notes John left when he uploaded the photo:
"I took this grainy picture from a train entering London Victoria back it the late 1970's. Can anyone help me identify the coach, as I did not record the IU number correctly at the time. I put it down as 083532. The coach was being uses as a mess coach during the late 1970's/early 1980s re signalling scheme. It may be 083357, previously TSO S9375, which was based at New Cross Gate PAD from November 1978."
